ELAINI Manufacturing uses information submitted through this website to review and coordinate manufacturing enquiries.
Information we receive
An RFQ may include your name, company, email address, phone number, project description, material and quantity requirements, requested date, and uploaded drawings or other project files.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, communicate about a quotation or project, coordinate a suitable manufacturing route, maintain project records, and protect the website and RFQ service.
Service providers
Cloudflare supports website hosting, security, database storage and email routing. Uploadcare handles drawing uploads and file delivery. Email service providers carry project notifications and replies. These providers process information as needed to provide those services.
Retention
RFQ submissions and uploaded project files are retained for up to 12 months after the last project activity, unless they are needed for an active quotation, order, dispute, or legal obligation. This is our retention policy; automatic deletion is not currently claimed.
Security
We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the RFQ service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
