RFQ Terms
These terms apply when you send a request for quotation or project information through the ELAINI Manufacturing website.
Request only
Submitting an RFQ requests review and, where appropriate, a quotation. Submission is not an order or an acceptance of work.
No guaranteed outcome
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, a particular price, available capacity, achievable tolerance, lead time, or production. Any offer or production commitment requires separate confirmation.
Your files
By uploading drawings or other files, you confirm that you have the right to submit them for review and to allow ELAINI Manufacturing and service providers involved in the RFQ process to handle them for that purpose. Do not upload executable files or material you are not authorized to share.
